Yes, snorkeling requires you to be comfortable and able to swim in the open ocean in water deeper then you can stand. While Silent World provides a Snorkel vest and pool noodles  for buoyancy, the ability to swim is a fundamental safety requirement. Silent World’s professional crew is excellent at assisting all levels of swimmers, but comfort in the water is a must.
