It’s important to note that the Grecian Rocks Reef is also home to a Sanctuary Preservation Area (SPA), which covers an impressive .3 square nautical miles. This area is designated for the protection and preservation of the delicate marine life in the area. It’s important to take care when visiting and to avoid coming into contact with the coral, as even the slightest contact can cause harm.
At Silent World, we take marine preservation seriously and encourage all visitors to do the same. Our knowledgeable instructors offer PADI courses, including conservation courses, to teach you how to dive and snorkel responsibly. As visitors to the underwater world, it’s our responsibility to take care of the delicate ecosystem that exists within.
